Score bands tell you the strategy

All 1,100+ NC and SC zip codes are scored relative to each other on a single unified scale. Every zip competes against every other zip — the more markets in our database, the tighter the percentile calibration and the more meaningful the comparisons become. A 72 in Charleston means exactly the same thing as a 72 in Charlotte.

Is this real MLS data or generated?
The demo uses realistic seed data calibrated to NC and SC market conditions. With a RapidAPI Zillow key, the platform switches to live MLS listings automatically. Zip scores and county data are based on U.S. Census, BLS, and HUD datasets refreshed weekly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal at any time — no penalty, no minimum term. Your key continues to work through the end of the billing period.
What areas does RenoVision cover?
All 1,100+ zip codes across both states — 710 NC zip codes (all 100 NC counties) and 405 SC zip codes (all 46 SC counties). NC coverage spans the Triangle, Charlotte metro, the Outer Banks, and the Mountains. SC coverage includes Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head/Beaufort, and all rural counties.
How is the RenoScore™ calculated?
Each zip code market is scored across 7 components: Economic Strength (20pts), Appreciation (20pts), Rental Demand (15pts), Cash Flow (15pts), Growth Trajectory (10pts), Safety & Quality (10pts), and Risk Profile (10pts). All 1,115 NC and SC zip codes are ranked on a single unified scale — every market competes against every other. Scores are normalized against the live distribution using p10/p90 calibration, so rankings reflect current conditions, not fixed benchmarks.
